The idea of 'faux-polaroid' surfaces again in the following works produced in 1990 entitled 'Autoportrait'.  The original pictures are gradually transformed.  Elements of each picture escape and " walk " within the white framework of the Polaroid.  These are, at first, quite subtle.  One needs to investigate the sequence of images to locate the transformations/alterations.
