In 1929, the last issue of the avant-garde paper, “La Révolution Surréaliste”, opened with the following question: “What kind of hope do you put in love?”  In 1934, André Breton, the founder of the surrealist movement, had the answer with his book, "Mad Love."

My affair with photography started in 2002, soaked in reading/living “Mad Love”.  My experience of love is beautifully captured by this book - the inspiration for these Polaroid photographs.
